Caroline has been instrumental in driving the growth of Kroll’s independent agency and trustee service offering across all market sectors globally. Caroline has developed strong relationships and long-term partnerships with law firms, sponsors, lenders and other key market participants and brings a wealth of experience in complex restructurings, direct lending, syndicated loan and capital markets transactions.

In her previous role as Deputy Head of Transaction Management, Caroline built on her years reviewing and negotiating finance documents, resulting in an unrivaled knowledge and execution expertise in supporting deal parties with new financings which clients receive the benefit of in Caroline’s current role.

Prior to joining Kroll, Caroline worked at major agency and trustee houses for several years, covering the full spectrum of structures and financings in both the debt capital markets and the loan market.
