Brooks Dexter

Prior to joining Kroll, Brooks was a senior managing director and head of investment banking at USBX Advisory Services. He also was a senior investment banker with J.P. Morgan and a managing director with Lehman Brothers. He has handled more than 100 merger and acquisition and debt and equity transactions for clients, including AdvantEdge Healthcare, The Greeley Company, Ontario Systems, Employee Benefit Solutions, Olympia Medical Center, United Therapies, ClearOne Health Plans and Pacific Bowers Ambulance Company.

Brooks received an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an AB in business from the University of Chicago. He is a FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 registered representative.
