Brian Myers

Brian Myers is a director in the Transactions Advisory Services practice, based in the Chicago office. He has over seven years of experience advising both private equity and strategic clients on M&A transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked at KPMG in the Deal Advisory practice, providing financial due diligence services. 

Brian has advised on buy-side and sell-side engagements with purchase prices ranging from $5 million to $1 billion. He has led all aspects of the financial due diligence process including analyzing quality of earnings and net working capital, preparing pro forma and carve-out financial statements, providing insights on customer profitability trends and recommending post-acquisition integration procedures. Brian’s diverse M&A background has allowed him to focus on targets across healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, food and beverage, software and retail industries. 

Brian earned his B.S. in accounting and finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
