
Anne O’Dwyer is a managing director in the Global Restructuring Advisory practice and co-country leader for Ireland, based in the Dublin office. Anne also chairs the EMEA Management Committee and is a Board member of the Kroll Charitable Foundation.
Having come from an auditing background Anne has over 20 years experience in financial advisory having spent the last 10 years focused on restructuring, turnaround and debt advisory. Her sectoral expertise includes hospitality, real estate, retail, financial services, education and health.
This knowledge and experience, together with key skills, including complex negotiation, attention to detail, a methodical approach to assignments and astute analytical skills enable Anne to produce timely critical reports to offer optimal decision making capabilities for both lenders and stakeholders of companies in distress.
Anne has advised a number of financial institutions, state agencies and companies on strategic restructuring options. She has also led a large number of formal recovery and insolvency assignments to include Mount Carmel Hospital, Ritz Carlton – Powerscourt, Michael McNamara & Company and Belmayne Ireland Limited.
Anne is a Chartered Accountant and a Committee Member of Restructuring & Insolvency Ireland (RII) formerly The Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners. She is also a member of INSOL Europe.
