Anil is a managing director in Kroll's Financial Services Compliance and Regulation practice. He is responsible for managing Luxembourg UCITS and AIFM operations, and specifically, as Conducting officer in-charge of Portfolio Management.
Anil is a managing director in Kroll's Financial Services Compliance and Regulation practice. He is responsible for managing Luxembourg UCITS and AIFM operations, and specifically, as Conducting officer in-charge of Portfolio Management.
Previously, Anil was Conducting Officer and executive committee member at Adepa Asset Management, where he led a team of investment management, middle office and client relationship desks. Prior to this, Anil served as a director at Carne Global Financial group. Here, he was involved in running the Management Company/AIFM from an operational perspective, including setting up risk and operational framework for AIFs, as well as managing global asset managers. Anil used to act as independent director at a large Luxembourg fund of hedge funds. He has also acted as Conducting Officer to self-managed funds of major asset managers.
Anil began his career as an investment analyst, and became a portfolio manager, managing funds and private portfolios, involved in macro research, asset allocation, portfolio optimization, portfolio risk management and trading. He holds a Master in Financial Management degree from Vlerick Business School, Belgium, and a Bachelors of Technology from Anna University, India.
