Anand provides clients advisory services related to IFRS/ASPE, financial reporting, allocation of the purchase price, due diligence, fresh start accounting, disputes, litigation, liquidation, insurance, financing, tax, and the creation of fixed assets property records.
He has served on various committees and chapters of the American Society of Appraisers. Previously, he has also spoken at a professional conference organized by the Canadian Association of Government Finance Officers on managing property valuation and data issues in today's economy.
Anand holds a Master of Valuation in real estate and a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical engineering from Sardar Patel University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers in machinery and technical specialties.
