Winifred Wang

Winifred is responsible for valuation projects including enterprise value, employee stock options, convertible bonds, intangible assets and financial instrument valuations. She conducts valuation work for the purpose of corporate listing, financial statements, joint venture establishment and other internal references in accordance with the U.S. and international accounting standards.

After joining the company, Winifred provided valuation services to different client groups, covering industries including technology, media, education, medical, finance, industry and service industries.

Winifred holds a master's degree in financial investment from the University of Bristol, UK, a bachelor's degree in international economics and trade from the Capital University of Economics and Business and a bachelor's degree in management from the Novasia Business School in Paris.
