William Lane

Bill is focused on real estate valuation and consulting engagements for institutional owners of real estate, real estate investment trusts (public and non-traded), private equity firms, hedge funds, corporate clients, and pension funds. Bill performs valuation engagements for financial reporting and tax purposes including purchase price allocation accounting, foreign ownership of real property, positive assurance, and fairness opinions.

Bill holds professional real estate designations including MAI and MRICS and is a member of the Appraisal Institute and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Missouri State University. Bill holds certified general real estate licenses in states throughout the western US region.
