Vincent Lau

Vincent focuses on due diligence services and mergers and acquisitions advisory for private equity and corporate clients. Vincent leverages over ten years of professional experience advising clients both private equity and corporate buyers within the technology, industrial products, consumer business and health care industries. His focus on these transactions include coordinating financial accounting due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements, identifying synergies, and analyzing and supporting pre- and post-close purchase price adjustments.

Prior to joining Kroll, Vincent worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Audit practice in San Francisco, where he served large, publicly-traded SEC-registrants.

Vincent holds a BBA in accounting and East Asian Studies from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California (inactive).
