Uday Sodhi

Uday leverages more than 19 years of experience in driving eDiscovery, service delivery, operational excellence and global team leadership across North America, EMEA and APAC to lead Kroll’s Discovery Solutions team in India. He also has local oversight of the React side of the Cyber business, working closely with teams outside Discovery as they continue to expand in Bangalore.

Uday has deep expertise in cross-border litigation, eDiscovery and professional services delivery, partnering with law firms and corporate legal departments to execute complex global matters. He has extensive experience of building and scaling high-performing organizations from inception, leading complex team integrations during mergers and acquisitions, and delivering measurable business value through process standardization, automation, operational transformation and strategic workforce planning. He is recognized for developing globally aligned delivery models, fostering strong client partnerships and creating high-performance teams that consistently improve quality, efficiency and scalability.

Before joining Kroll, Uday was Director of Operations at Lighthouse. Prior to this, he held eDiscovery and operations leadership roles at FTI Consulting, Epiq, Deloitte and HP/Autonomy. His professional track record includes building and transforming high-performing global eDiscovery organizations, developing and expanding offshore service delivery centers, driving operational excellence through KPI governance, process optimization, automation, compliance management and continuous improvement programs, and achieving significant gains in productivity, quality, scalability and cost optimization by implementing standardized workflows, cross-functional training programs and globally consistent operating models.

Uday holds a Bachelor of Engineering from BTL IT, Bangalore.
