Tyler Falish is an Associate Managing Director in the Investigations, Diligence and Compliance practice, based in New York. Tyler leverages more than 15 years of experience in investigative, strategic, policy and programmatic research to assist clients in tackling their most complex and sensitive problems.

Tyler specializes in investigations into illicit trade and intellectual property theft, leak of information investigations, multijurisdictional asset traces, investigations into fraud and misconduct, and the mapping of networks and identification of undisclosed affiliations. Tyler also has experience providing expert witness testimony in support of legal proceedings.

In addition to his client advisory work, Tyler holds a global role in technology and innovation at Kroll, with a focus on advancing the firm’s acquisition, development and application of market leading technologies and investigative methodologies. In this capacity, he works to enhance how Kroll deploys data, analytics and emerging tools to address evolving client risks.

Prior to joining Kroll, Tyler held roles focused on research, analysis and strategy at several non-profit organizations, including the Council on Foreign Relations and Teach For America. Tyler served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco.

Tyler holds an M.A. in international political economy and development from Fordham University and a BBA in marketing and economics from the University of Wisconsin.
