During his tenure with leading professional advisory firms, including Ernst & Young and KPMG, he played a key role in delivering complex transaction-related advisory services.
His technical expertise spans M&A-driven and capital markets-driven financial due diligence, sale and purchase agreement advisory support and post-completion services, including assistance with the preparation and review of deal completion accounts.
Throughout his career, Taj has extended transaction advisory services to prominent global corporations, private equity firms, investment banks, leading family conglomerates, corporate investment arms and IPO-bound companies.
He is fluent in both Arabic and English.
