Sumit Saxena

Prior to joining Kroll, Sumit spent 15 years at EY, most recently as an Executive Director, where he led digital transformation and decision analytics solutions across the transactions life cycle. He has led AI-driven diagnostic assessments across key processes and functions to identify transformation and optimization opportunities, facilitating senior leadership workshops for clients across the U.S., UK and Germany using industry-leading frameworks and methodologies. Earlier in his career, he worked with Willis Towers Watson and Aon Hewitt across risk consulting and HR consulting practices.

Sumit has led large-scale data, analytics and AI-driven transformation programs across the UK, Australia and the U.S., spanning healthcare, transportation, technology and deal advisory. His experience includes outcomes-based pricing platforms in healthcare, platform modernization and operational optimization for critical infrastructure and post-merger financial consolidation with CXO-level reporting. He has also driven global automation and AI initiatives across the transaction lifecycle and built proprietary benchmarking and financial due diligence platforms adopted at scale.

Sumit holds a Bachelor of Technology in computer science, an executive program in Leading Organizations for High Velocity Performance from MIT Sloan School of Management and a certification in Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market from HarvardX.
