She works closely with senior leadership to align operational priorities with Kroll’s broader strategic objectives, ensuring disciplined execution across functions and geographies.

With a strong leadership background, Sugandha oversees core business operations, planning, performance management and governance frameworks at Kroll. She partners with leaders across finance, risk, compliance, technology and talent to translate strategy into actionable plans, improve productivity and strengthen decision-making. Her structured, solutions-oriented approach and ability to balance competing priorities make her a trusted advisor to leadership teams.

Prior to joining Kroll, Sugandha held senior roles at EY and Merck, where she held positions of increasing responsibility across business operations, governance and large-scale transformation initiatives. Through her career, she has been recognized for driving operational excellence, managing complexity in matrixed organizations, and building resilient operating models that support long-term growth.

Sugandha is a certified trainer and actively conducts corporate training programs, focusing on leadership development, professional effectiveness and capability building. She is deeply committed to learning and knowledge sharing and believes in empowering individuals and teams to perform at their best. Beyond her corporate role, Sugandha is actively involved in teaching and mentoring young adults through her work with various non-governmental organizations. Sugandha holds a masters degree in Marketing from SMU and has graduated from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce. She is also a certified soft skill trainer from National Accreditation Board for Education and Training, India.
