Sholpan Rizabek is Director in the Valuation Advisory practice, based in Dubai. She brings more than 10 years of experience in financial modeling and business valuation, supporting private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and corporate clients.

At Kroll, Sholpan focuses on the MENA region, where she leads engagements involving portfolio valuations, venture capital valuations and business valuations across a broad range of industries, including financial services, agriculture, aquaculture and oil and gas services.

Prior to joining Kroll, Sholpan served as Senior Executive at EY, where she specialized in valuing businesses in the metals and mining, oil and gas, construction and manufacturing sectors across Central Asia and the Middle East.

Sholpan holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the Kazakhstan International University of International Relations. She is a Certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)®, accredited by the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), and a member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
