Prior to joining Kroll, Serena served as associate director at Willis Towers Watson, a leading global risk consulting firm, providing expert advice and risk solutions to company directors and officers. Before this, she worked for AutoNavi and Linktone as investor relations director. Earlier in her career, Serena worked at Siemens, Ltd. and Ernst & Young.
She holds a master’s of finance and investment and a bachelor’s of finance, accounting and management from the University of Nottingham, UK.
