Scott Munro is a Managing Director at Kroll's Technology M&A practice. During his time at Pagemill Partners Scott has completed transactions with major strategic buyers such as IBM, Microsoft, Teradata, Intel, Sun Micro Systems and Open Text as well as minority and majority capital raises with Accel-KKR, Platinum Equity, Lake Capital and Tandem Expansion.

Prior to founding Pagemill Partners, Scott served as the chairman and CEO of Savoir Technology Group, Inc., a public company where he grew the business through acquisition from $50 million in revenues to more than $1 billion. Under his leadership, the company became IBM’s largest customer in the world for mid-range computers. While there he completed 13 acquisitions with hardware, software and services companies prior to selling the company in 2000. Scott has also been CEO of several venture-backed private companies.

Scott graduated Magna Cum Laude from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and holds a graduate diploma in Public Accounting from McGill University. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the CICA.
