Sarah is a licensed insolvency practitioner with more than 25 years’ experience in restructuring and corporate recovery, dealing with businesses from small and medium enterprises to large corporates, both nationally and internationally, at various levels of distress.
Sarah advises borrowers, lenders, investors and other stakeholders in challenging and uncertain situations. Her work includes formal insolvency appointments, including pre-pack and trading administrations, options reviews, contingency planning and business reviews.
Prior to joining Kroll, Sarah was a partner at a leading global accountancy firm where she worked with clients across a wide range of industry sectors, particularly in the care home, leisure and hospitality, and real estate sectors.
Sarah is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3).
