Ron Houkes is a Sirector in the Amsterdam office and part of the Valuation Advisory Services business unit and joined Kroll in September 2014.

Prior to Duff & Phelps, Ron has worked within the Corporate Finance and Valuation & Strategy department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Amsterdam and with IMC Asset Management in Amsterdam where he managed several loan funds. Ron has been involved in valuation engagements covering a wide variety of industries, including consumer products, industrial products and utilities. He has provided a comprehensive range of valuation consulting services to clients for analyzing merger and acquisition targets, internal restructurings, portfolio analyses, debt restructurings, analyses of disposal strategies, fairness opinions and disputes.

Ron received his Masters in business economics from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
