With over 15 years of experience in leading global cybersecurity programs, driving revenue growth and transforming security operations, Robb leads Kroll’s security advisory and response services. He also spearheads Kroll’s strategic alliance with CrowdStrike, driving the solutioning, advisory and implementation of consulting opportunities across the CrowdStrike platform.

Robb is a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 C-suite leaders, recognized for briefing executives and boards on cyber risk, operational resilience and innovation strategy. He has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing global teams, modernizing security operations with emerging technologies, including generative AI, and delivering impactful results across diverse industries. He is a respected mentor and people leader, with active mentorship sought by peers and senior colleagues alike. Robb is a sought-after industry speaker at national cybersecurity conferences and webcasts.

Prior to joining Kroll, Robb was Managing Director of Cybersecurity at Ernst and Young, where he led the company’s Cyber Threat Management service offering, overseeing more than 400 global resources and driving $70million in annual revenue.

Before that, he led threat management and architecture teams across life sciences, technology, aerospace and defense and financial services. Robb holds an M.S. in cybersecurity policy from the University of Maryland, with a B.S. in information security and privacy from High Point University. He also holds the following professional certifications: CISSP, CCSP and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
