Rob Moody is Managing Director and Global Leader of Kroll's Decision Intelligence practice, based in London.

He brings over 30 years of experience helping boards, investors and senior government officials address complex commercial, financial, policy and strategic challenges. Rob leverages advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making at the highest levels.

Rob has led engagements for businesses across the UK, Europe, Middle East and U.S., working closely with C-suite executives, investors and government ministers. His recent projects include preparing data-led revenue forecasts for a multi-billion-dollar global business undergoing a debt and equity raise and advising public and private equity-owned companies on strategies to grow revenue, reduce costs and improve returns. He also has extensive experience advising governments on policy, tax and public finance initiatives.

Prior to joining Kroll, Rob spent 20 years at Ernst & Young as an equity partner, where he built and led EY’s Decision Support business in the UK, its Modelling, Analytics and Economics practice in the Middle East, and later the Data Analytics, AI and Innovation practice within Strategy and Transactions in the UK. He began his career at PKF LLP, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in audit and advisory services.

Rob serves as a non-executive director on the board of Kingdoms of Care Limited. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in business economics from the University of Liverpool and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).
