Richard Wilkins

Richard Wilkins is a Director in the Real Estate Advisory practice, based in London. A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Richard brings over 15 years of real estate industry experience, advising on valuations, developments, transactions and investment strategies across residential, retail, industrial, office and specialist property sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
He has extensive experience undertaking loan security and financial reporting valuations for individual properties and large portfolios, acting for lenders, investors and developers.
Prior to joining Kroll in 2022, Richard worked at Gerald Eve, Coriolis Energy and CBRE, where he was recognized with the UK Innovation Award. In 2019, he helped establish BuiltAI, an automated CRE cashflow app.
Richard holds a B.Sc. (First Class Honors) in real estate management from Oxford Brookes University and an M.Sc. in computer science from Birkbeck, University of London.
