Pedro Rodríguez

Prior to joining Kroll, Pedro was Partner in the Strategy and Transactions practice at EY and Risk Management Leader for the Mediterranean region and Spain. Before that, he spent 17 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, starting with the Audit department and later transitioning to Corporate Finance and Transaction Support.

Pedro has over 25 years of experience in transaction advisory, supporting both private equity firms and corporate clients. His expertise spans multiple sectors and covers the entire deal lifecycle; from deal origination, buy-side due diligence and execution to post-deal integration, exit readiness and sell-side support. He has advised on numerous transactions, locally and internationally (U.S., Latin America, Portugal, the UK and other European countries), delivering financial due diligence and coordinating cross-functional teams to provide clients with a fully integrated service.

He is known for his strong commercial acumen and a sharp focus on key value drivers that matter most to his clients.

Throughout his career, Pedro has also led independent business reviews of strategic plans for refinancing processes and has participated in various strategy consulting engagements.

Pedro received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Santiago de Compostela. He also holds an executive MBA from ESADE Business School and completed an Advanced Business Strategy Program from INSEAD Singapore. He is a Spanish registered auditor.
