He oversees Kroll’s global financial operations, planning and analysis, and capital management. He also plays an instrumental role in supporting strategic acquisitions and their integration, managing the firm’s real estate footprint and advancing its sustainability commitments.
As EVP and CFO, Patrick acts as key partner to private equity sponsors. During his tenure, he has played an instrumental role in the firm’s expansion; its more-than-tenfold growth in revenue, professionals and global office map; and successful transition from publicly traded to sponsor-owned. Patrick joined Kroll in 2004 and held senior finance roles culminating in Global Controller before becoming CFO in 2010.
Prior to Kroll, Patrick’s roles included: Director of Strategy and Financial Analysis at Jupiter Media Metrix, where he drove the implementation of public company financial practices following Jupiter’s IPO; as well as strategic planning and financial analysis positions at Madison Square Garden, Comedy Central and Willis Towers Watson (then Towers Perrin).
Patrick holds an MBA from Fordham University and a BS in accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park (UMD). He currently serves on the UMD Robert H. Smith School of Business Advisory Council: Accounting and Information Assurance.
