Oleg has been instrumental in navigating some of the most complex and high-profile bankruptcy cases such as Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, Sears Holdings Corporation, J.C. Penney Company, Inc., Seadrill Limited, Bed Bath and Beyond Inc., Envision Healthcare Corporation, SAS, GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A., Exactech, Inc., and Joann Inc.
Prior to joining Kroll, Oleg served as Senior Paralegal at Linklaters LLP and Baker & Hostetler LLP. Early in his career, Oleg worked in restructuring, insolvency and litigation fields. He continues to use those skills to provide his clients with enhanced support and process solutions.
Oleg was named the winner of the M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Award 2024 for his notable accomplishments in business and service to the community.
Oleg holds a B.A. in philosophy, politics and law from Binghamton University.
