Neave primarily advises mid-market clients, with a strong focus on private equity transactions. Prior to joining Kroll, Neave was a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal and previously held the role of Director at Ernst & Young, where she led the development of the firm’s mid-market private equity offering in in the North of England and advised on some of the region’s most prominent deals.
Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including tech enabled businesses, professional services and consumer sectors. Neave also spent three years in the Middle East, supporting a similar client base. She has advised numerous mid-market private equity and corporate clients, including Miss Group (Perwyn), Moneypenny (ECI), Advania AB (Goldman Sachs), FluidOne (Livingbridge), and Trustmarque (One Equity Partners).
Neave is co-chair of the Corporate Finance Committee for pro-manchester and an active member of the 6% Club, a network dedicated to connecting women in the deals community.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in law and business from Keele University and a master’s degree in international business and management from Manchester Business School. Neave is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
