Navtej Jhagra

Navtej’s valuation experience covers commercial, residential and land assets, along with niche properties, such as large-scale industrial parks and logistic hubs, medical centers and religious buildings. Most notably, Navtej has led substantial portfolios of varying property types for local governments and valued multiple development sites for renowned developers at various stages of completion. He has been retained to provide ongoing valuation advisory services to prominent local families.

Prior to joining Kroll, Navtej served as Associate Director at Chestertons MENA. Before that, he held the title of Valuation Manager at a multi-national firm based in Dubai, with a strong presence across the MENA Region. At both positions, he managed large teams handling a high volume of instructions covering the entire UAE, in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Global Standards and the Emirates Book of Valuation Standards.

Navtej holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in civil engineering from Nottingham Trent University. He is also an Associate Member of the RICS and an RICS Registered Valuer.
