Nathan Janssen

Nathan has nearly a decade of experience advising corporations and investors across industries on a wide range of valuation engagements, including valuations for M&A, disputes, financial reporting and tax purposes.

Prior to joining Kroll, Nathan worked at BFI Global, an Amsterdam-based valuation boutique specializing in disputes, investigations and restructuring-related valuations that was acquired by Kroll. He began his career at Duff & Phelps.

In addition to his consulting work, he lectures at Leiden University, where he teaches the course “Corporate Finance & Valuations” as part of the Executive Master’s in Law & Finance.

Nathan holds a Master of Science in financial economics and a Bachelor of Science in business economics from the Erasmus School of Economics.
