Mitchell Mansfield

Mitchell specializes in providing advisory and discretionary asset management services for illiquid or distressed investments, including divestments, rationalizing management cost structures and restructuring of single investments or portfolio realizations. As part of his work, Mitchell takes on directorship and portfolio manager roles, including:

• Acting as the Replacement General Manager of the India Agri Business Fund II, a Mauritian domiciled Indian focused fund which held growth investments in six portfolio companies. As part of this role, Mitchell took on directorship roles in several agricultural, F&B and hospitality related businesses in India. Mitchell also acts as Chief Executive Officer to India Agri Business Fund II.
• Acting as the Investment Adviser to the Wildermuth Fund, which holds investments in 14 portfolio companies and various fund-of-fund investments. As part of this role, Mitchell acts as the Principal Executive Officer to the Wildermuth Fund, holds directorship positions in respect of various portfolio companies and is the fund’s portfolio manager.
• Acting as the Replacement Investment Advisor to a middle eastern sponsored fund group, which had USD245 million under management and investments in lease assets located across North America, LATAM and Europe.
• Acting as the Replacement Investment Advisor to certain liquidating special purpose vehicles of Nokota, comprising private equity investments and various fund-of-fund investments approximating USD170 million.

Prior to relocating to the Cayman Islands, Mitchell was based in Singapore, advising clients across Asia and globally.

Mitchell is a Chartered Accountant, Cayman Islands Official Liquidator and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New England.
