Michael Dsane-Selby

Michael advises clients on complex valuation matters for a broad range of purposes, including insurance placement, risk management, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and restructuring, taxation, and purchase price allocation. He has extensive experience in the valuation of real estate, machinery, equipment, and other tangible assets across diverse industries, including utilities, aerospace, food and beverage, manufacturing, oil and gas, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and transportation.

Throughout his career, Michael has managed and delivered valuation engagements ranging from single-site assessments to large-scale, multi-location projects spanning Europe and the MENA region. He is a key member of Kroll's valuation team and acts as Relationship Manager for several major oil and gas clients across the Middle East.

With more than 15 years of experience in the valuation of business assets, machinery, and equipment, Michael provides clients with practical, commercially focused advice to support informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.

Michael holds a B.Sc. in Real Estate Management and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
