Matthias is a Director for Central European Operations. He has extensive experience in the field of business valuation, the valuation of intangible assets, acquisition finance, private equity, project financing, due diligence, M&A and corporate finance.
He is highly specialized in advising mid-cap corporations in the fields of corporate finance, M&A and nonperforming loans.
His focus lies on M&A transactions in the finance sector as well as advisory for local banks regarding non-performing loan transactions.
He holds a law degree from the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and received his doctor’s degree in bank-law. He is fluent in German, French and English.
