Marieke Franken

Throughout her career, Marieke has built deep expertise in valuations for restructuring processes, shareholder disputes and damages quantification. She is experienced in supporting counsel and clients through contentious situations and regularly defends her valuation analyses before courts and in arbitration proceedings.

In her role as Director, she focuses on delivering clear, defensible and well structured valuation insights in highly complex and often time critical matters. She is known for her analytical approach, meticulous preparation and ability to translate financial complexity into clear arguments for legal stakeholders.

Marieke holds a master’s degree in finance and investments from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University), a master’s degree in financial law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an executive master degree in M&A and valuation from the University of Groningen.
