Manuel has worked on numerous tax related projects globally, both from sell-side and buy-side perspective for private equity and corporate clients. Prior to joining Kroll, he was Director at Eight Advisory in Frankfurt where he delivered M&A tax solutions to a broad range of clients. Before that, Manuel worked for EY's transaction tax practice in Frankfurt and PwC’s transfer pricing practice.
Manuel has a degree in economics from the University of Mainz (Diplom-Volkswirt) and is a certified German tax advisor.
