Luka Vidovic

Luka specializes in the valuation of businesses, corporate securities and complex derivatives using standard and proprietary option theory-based valuation methodologies . In particular, he performs valuations of securities in complex capital structures, OTC derivatives, credit derivatives, incentive stock compensation, embedded derivatives and management incentive plans.

Prior to Kroll, Luka worked in quality assurance at Calypso Technology.

Luka received a B.S from the University of California, Davis with a major in managerial economics and a minor in mathematics. He also holds a master’s degree in financial engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. Additionally, he is an accredited Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
