Luis Revilla

He is also responsible for directing and supervising valuation projects across Spain and Portugal. Luis leverages more than 20 years of fixed asset valuation experience, assisting clients across various industries with insurance valuations, asset management, purchase price allocations, asset-based lending and bankruptcy and liquidation studies for various types of businesses.

Prior to joining the Iberia team in 2009 as a Project Consultant, Luis began his career with a firm in Venezuela in 1999. Over the course of his career, he has participated in more than 200 valuation projects, gaining extensive experience across sectors and geography, and building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Luis has led valuation engagements in more than 20 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia, demonstrating his adaptability and technical expertise in managing complex, multinational assignments across a wide range of industries and regulatory environments.

He has conducted independent fixed asset valuations across sectors such as energy, food and beverage, telecommunications, manufacturing, consumer goods, among others. His work includes insurance and fair value assessments for large-scale industrial facilities and infrastructure assets, often involving cross-border coordination and multisite operations.

Luis holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar (Venezuela) and a master’s degree in finance from IESA (Venezuela). He also completed a specialization in business valuation at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (Spain). Luis is an accredited member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), having completed Levels 1 through 4 in the machinery and technical specialties discipline.
