Luca Ambrosini

Prior to joining Kroll, Luca served as Consultant at Dils, a leading international real estate development and construction company operating across Europe. Before that, he worked as a project manager at an engineering company, where he oversaw the delivery of technical and development projects. Luca joined American Appraisal (now Kroll) in 2010 and has held several positions within the firm, including Real Estate Valuer and Asset Manager. Since 2016, he has served in his current role as Director, leading advisory assignments for institutional, corporate and public sector clients.

His notable client engagements include Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena (MPS) on the successful sale of a significant real estate portfolio that was subsequently acquired by Ardian. Throughout his career, he has advised clients on a wide range of real estate transactions involving commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use assets.

Luca received a degree in architecture (restoration) and a postgraduate master’s degree in real estate management from the Politecnico di Milano. He also holds a secondary school diploma with a specialization in agricultural sciences. In addition, Luca has been a certified real estate agent registered with the Milan Chamber of Commerce since 2006.

Luca is also actively involved in local government and community development. He serves as an elected Councillor for the Milanofiori Nord district, an award-winning 360,000 square meter mixed-use development recognized as a benchmark for sustainable urban growth and influenced by the legacy of Expo Milano 2015.
