Leone Recchi

Leone oversees acquisition and disposal mandates involving hotels, residential living, and development assets. He leverages more than ten years of international real estate advisory experience to support clients through complex, high value decision-making processes.

Prior to joining Kroll in 2022, Leone served as a member of the Real Estate M&A Team at PwC, advising on transactions across multiple asset classes. Before that, he held positions within the Capital Markets tTeam at CBRE in both Italy and the UK. His experience spans major, market defining transactions, supporting investors throughout the full investment lifecycle.

Leone has played a central role in several significant real estate transactions in Italy, advising investors on large-scale acquisitions, portfolio disposals and development led opportunities. His work includes mandates involving hospitality platforms, residential living portfolios, and mixed use development schemes.

Leone received holds a master’s degree in real estate from Cass Business School in London. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from London Metropolitan University and a Scientific High School Diploma from the German School in Rome.
