Kshama Dhir is a Managing Director and Head of Global Business Solutions (GBS) at Kroll, based in India. New to Kroll in July 2025, Kshama is responsible for leading the growth, competitiveness and efficiency of our global capability centers in India, Mexico, the Philippines and Vietnam. Our ~1,300 GBS employees support our experts across Kroll’s businesses in delivering deep analysis and insight to clients.

Kshama brings almost three decades of business and transformation experience to her role. Prior to Kroll, she worked for 17 years at EY Global Delivery Services where, as a partner, she was responsible for establishing a multi-billion-dollar Strategy and Transaction business offshore with 3,500 professionals across five countries. Kshama led the Strategy arm’s development, revenue growth and talent acquisition/growth. Additionally, as part of her responsibilities for operations excellence, she leveraged technology and generative AI to drive widespread automation.

A chartered accountant, Kshama’s prior positions include six years in international accounting at Genpact as well as transformation work at Colt Technology and Bank of America (Countrywide Financial Corp).

Kshama is a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) and holds an MBA from the All India Management Association.

Beyond building and transforming businesses, Kshama enjoys writing poetry (in both English and Urdu), mentoring start-up founders and giving back to the community through her work with under-resourced schools and financial literacy programs for women.
