Kristopher Lazarz

Before joining Kroll, Kristopher was Senior Advisor in IT Advisory at Eight Advisory. Previously, he served as Managing Partner of Peaktera Corporation, where he developed the firm’s managed services capabilities and built a team supporting IT services and transformation initiatives for municipal governments across the Denver metropolitan area. His international experience also includes leading a large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation for a media company across Australia and New Zealand.

Kristopher advises lenders, strategic buyers and private equity firms on pre-investment operational and Ops/IT due diligence, as well as carve-outs and integrations. His transaction experience spans a broad range of industries, including advanced technology, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, manufacturing, media, financial services, software, business services, hospitality, logistics and consumer products.

In addition to advising corporate clients on complex transformation initiatives, Kristopher has worked with public-sector organizations, including government bodies, institutions and ministers, on IT and operational matters spanning multiple ministries. Most notably, he led an engagement that contributed to a Caribbean jurisdiction’s removal from Annex II of the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes.

Kristopher holds a bachelor’s degree in international management from Hochschule Osnabrück. He also studied capital markets and derivative instruments at the University of Barranquilla.
