Kevin is a Managing Director in the Valuation Advisory Services practice. He leads and supervises business enterprise, intangible assets, employee stock options and financial derivatives valuation engagements for joint venture formation, business restructuring, financial reporting and IPO purposes. He also provides advisory services including finance-related and market-related research. In addition, he manages valuation teams to carry out due diligence work.

Kevin has been actively involved in valuation of intangible assets for financial reporting purposes and business enterprise valuations relating to equity financing. He has performed intangible asset valuations for purchase price allocation in compliance with U.S. and international accounting standards for many significant multinational acquisitions, and has performed employee stock option and financial instrument valuations in numerous IPO projects.

Kevin joined American Appraisal (now Kroll) in 2003.
