Kendra Waldsmith

Since joining Kroll in 2015, she has gained valuable experience conducting and managing a variety of complex investigations including asset searches, litigation support matters, pre-transactional due diligence and internal fraud investigations, for clients from varied sectors

During her tenure at Kroll, Kendra has had a particular interest in misconduct investigations and served as a member of a team conducting numerous sexual misconduct and anti-discrimination investigations under Title IX on behalf of a public university. Her responsibilities included interviewing parties and witnesses, collecting and reviewing evidence, and applying the university’s policies in preparation for a final investigative report. She was also a member of a team that conducted a comprehensive review of the anti-discrimination and harassment policies and procedures of a K-12 school district. During this project, she provided training to district administrators on the new policies and procedures that were adopted following the review.

Additionally, Kendra contributed to multiple litigation support investigations, including a year-long matter that involved interviewing key witnesses, reviewing email evidence obtained from former employees of the client, creating an extensive timeline of events based on the collected evidence, conducting a due diligence investigation of the company in question, and preparing an overall investigative report. She has also supported various long-term monitorships at Kroll, including an independent monitorship of a New York City agency, which involved evaluating the agency’s compliance with regulations and policies.

Kendra received a B.S.B.A in marketing and international business from Washington University in St. Louis. She also holds an M.S. in global affairs from New York University.
