Joshua Bagnall

Joshua leverages over 12 years of professional services experience. Prior to joining Kroll, Joshua spent eight years in the Grant Thornton UK Transaction Advisory Services practice based in London and the Southwest, including a secondment to Independent Vetcare Ltd, to support its successful debt raise. Prior to that, he was part of the Grant Thornton Audit practice, managing audits for clients both IFRS and FRS102.
His transaction advisory experience includes advising corporate and private equity clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across a variety of industries, including software, healthcare, education and construction.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from The University of Warwick and is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the ICAEW.
