With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of cybersecurity, legal strategy and data intelligence, Josh helps clients identify, assess and manage sensitive information following cyber incidents and other high-stakes matters. His experience spans sensitive data review, data mining, cyber incident response, eDiscovery, information governance, privacy and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled workflows.
Josh further enhances Kroll's end-to-end cyber breach response capabilities, helping clients navigate the full incident lifecycle, from digital forensics and incident response through sensitive data review, breach notification, remediation and recovery.
Throughout his career, Josh has advised Fortune 500 companies, Am Law firms, cyber insurers and multinational organizations on complex cyber and data matters. He has developed and led cybersecurity and data intelligence initiatives, built scalable service offerings and helped clients modernize their approach to managing sensitive information through advanced analytics and emerging technologies.
Josh also serves as Adjunct Professor of Cybersecurity Law at North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he teaches cybersecurity, privacy, incident response and technology law. He is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity, AI, legal technology and data governance.
Josh holds a Juris Doctor from New England Law, Boston.
