Josh recently served as the head of Americas M&A and our global Consumer Investment Banking practice. Prior to joining the firm, Josh served as a founding partner of Stone Ridge Partners LLC, a middle-market merger and acquisition advisory firm. Before that, Josh was in the M&A and private equity coverage group at Thomas Weisel Partners. Prior to that, he was in investment banking with Furman Selz.
Josh has managed merger, acquisition, divestiture and recapitalization transactions and transaction opinions for a variety of public and privately-owned clients. Some of his notable clients include: Tavern in the Square, Twin Peaks Restaurants, Ojos Locos, Fazoli’s Restaurants, Metro Franchising, Global Franchise Group, PPX Hospitality, The Kebab Shop, Primanti Brothers, Eureka Restaurants, Weiman Products, Osprey Packs, Traeger Wood Pellet Grills, Chargriller, House of Cheatham, Superior Grocers, Morton Williams Supermarkets.
In 2012, Josh was a winner of the 40 UNDER 40 M&A Advisor Recognition Awards, which honors leading M&A, financing and turnaround professionals.
Josh received a B.A. in political science and French from Dartmouth College. He is a FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 registered representatives.
