He has over 15 years of experience providing valuation and consulting services to real estate developers, government agencies, investors, and corporate clients across a wide range of property types and geographies.
Jorge has performed more than 1,000 valuation and consulting assignments, including market research, highest and best use analysis, and real estate feasibility studies. His experience spans residential, commercial, industrial, office, hospitality, healthcare, urban and rural land, and public service-oriented properties. He has worked on projects across Europe, Asia, the United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
He has led valuation engagements for major clients such as Credit Suisse, Procter & Gamble, Johnson Controls, John Deere, Daimler, Westin, Cemex, AMF, Wyndham, Capital Corp, Artha Capital, Valeant, Cinépolis, Belmond, Tyson Foods, Mira Companies, Blackcreek, and Wells Fargo. His portfolio also includes prominent tourist and residential developments such as Diamante Cabo, Cabo Cortés, and Chileno Bay.
Jorge holds the MRICS designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has completed approximately 300 hours of coursework through the Appraisal Institute. He has also completed the full suite of machinery and equipment valuation courses offered by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and holds a Mexican Real Estate Certificate issued by the Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas (UAZ). Additionally, he earned a Real Estate Development Diploma from the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Jorge is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French.
