Jodie Jordan is Director, Global Business Development, based in New York. As a key member of the Go-to-Market team, she plays a pivotal role in cultivating, managing and expanding high-impact relationships with leading firms, supporting Kroll’s mission to deliver integrated risk and financial advisory solutions.

Since joining Kroll, Jodie has held several critical positions across the firm’s security and cyber practices. Within the Enterprise Security Risk Management practice, she specialized in all aspects of proactive and reactive risk mitigation. She also served in the Cyber and Data Resilience practice under the President’s Chief of Staff office, where she led strategic internal initiatives and client-focused projects aimed at driving innovation and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Kroll, Jodie served as Captain in the United States Marine Corps, where she led teams in logistics, risk management and physical security across global operations. As Logistics Officer, she was responsible for planning and executing complex unit exercises and deployments, often in high-risk and dynamic environments. She brings extensive experience in designing and implementing advanced security infrastructures, including the development and deployment of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) for the Department of Defense.

Jodie serves as the Global Chair of Kroll’s Veterans Employee Network, championing the advancement and visibility of veterans across the organization.

Jodie holds a B.A. in sociology and art from Brandeis University and an MBA from Cornell University.
