She focuses on the coordination and execution of mergers and acquisitions from inception to closing. Jessica spent two years with the London M&A practice from 2015 to 2017 working on a variety of mandates across the industrial, consumer, and business services sectors. Prior to joining Kroll, Jessica was a Financial Analyst with Wells Fargo’s Commercial Strategies group.
Jessica graduated from The University of Texas at Austin receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Accounting. She is a FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 registered representative.
