Jared joined the firm in 2006 as part of the Corporate Finance team, and prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, was part of the Corporate Development and Strategy team for more than 12 years, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing all corporate transactions, including acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, divestitures and recapitalizations.
Jared received a B.A. in international relations from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University.
