Jared Nolen

In his role, Jared draws on two decades of strategic and operational experience to translate strategy into execution. His day to day is focused on aligning operations, talent and resources to drive the performance, scalability and long-term growth of Financial Advisory, which encompasses the full breadth of Kroll’s valuation and deal advisory activities.
Jared joined Kroll in 2006 in Investment Banking, later moving into Corporate Development and Strategy, where, over 12 years, he led a broad range of strategic transactions for Kroll—including acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, divestitures, and recapitalizations—that shaped the firm as it is today.
Prior to his current role, Jared served as Chief of Staff to Kroll Chief Executive Officer Jacob Silverman, overseeing the development and execution of firmwide strategy and driving key operational initiatives across the organization.
Jared holds a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University.
