Jacqueline leverages more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, litigation support, organizational innovation, SaaS and network security, to provide specialist advice and support to clients and insurance partners.
Prior to joining Kroll, Jacqueline served as Senior Customer Solutions Manager at CYGNVS, where she led software implementation with enterprise customers and built partnerships with insurance carriers, brokers, law firms, MSSPs and DFIR providers. Before that, she held the title of Director of Sales Operations and Director of Business Operations at Arete Incident Response, where she managed complex incident response engagements. She has also held roles in sectors such as SaaS and Legal, leading and influencing diverse teams toward KPIs and data-based business decisions and optimizing tools and technology to create seamless processes and improve efficiencies.
Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in organizational innovation from the University of Phoenix.
