Isabel specializes in executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private placements and other corporate finance mandates as a member of the firm’s Diversified Industrials M&A practice. She has successfully supported transactions with over $1B in aggregate enterprise value representing family and founder owned, private equity sponsored and publicly traded businesses.
Isabel’s advises clients across a range of Diversified Industrial verticals including manufacturing, distribution and services. Her transaction experience includes advising businesses in sectors such as building products and construction materials; industrial technology and automation; specialty distribution; industrial and commercial services; and general industrials and manufacturing. In 2024, Isabel and her team were awarded Middle-Market Deal of the Year for their work advising Fleetwood Windows & Doors on its sale to Masonite.
Isabel received a B.S. in Accountancy and Finance from DePaul University. She is a FINRA Series 7, 79 and 63 registered representative. Isabel is an active Member of the ACG Chicago NextGen Committee and DePaul’s Keeley Center Alumni Board.
